Take a glance through the window to see the sun in the background as the regal blue heron fleetingly steps through the reeds. Reeds and heron are enamel over metal, the sun is a round of gourd shell covered carefully with gold leaf to gleam like the sun itself. A gold leafed frame of free form branches grace the outline of the window.
