The Egret series offers a deep bow to my love of the artwork of Ohara Koson (1877-1945) the leading twentieth-century painter and woodblock print maker. These vessels feature white egrets or a great blue heron all with a gilded sun/moon.
Simple, sweet, nature at its most graceful. Protected with a satin finish UV polyurethane. Like all fine art, keep out of direct sunlight and away from moisture.
