This Large Ancient Ginko piece reminds me of something you might find in an old world library full of books both old and new. it measures 10” high, 11” wide at the bamboo top, and 10” deep.

As I was visioning a new series, three new pieces featuring Ginko leaves and berries emerged. Each edge is highlighted with gold leaf.

The old world look feels like it these might belong in a library or place of reflection. Ginkgo biloba, commonly known as ginkgo or gingko, also known as the maidenhair tree, is the only living species in the division Ginkgophyta, all others being extinct. It is found in fossils dating back 270 million years. Native to China, the tree is widely cultivated, and was cultivated early in human history. It is a powerful Because it's the only surviving member of an ancient order of plants, it's sometimes referred to as a living fossil.
