Large Legacy Monarch
This Legacy Monarch Bowl is 10” high and 16” wide, and is a perfect compliment to many interior styles and would be a happy and sophisticated addition both in-home and in-office.
A trio of monarch butterflies, slim pieces of black bamboo adorn the middle side wall alongside a rich and colorful handmade paper border which also finishes off the interior of the bowl.
There is a rich symbology. Butterflies are beautiful, mysterious and represent life, spiritual rebirth, transformation, change and hope. They can assure us of a right and true path, personal growth, enthusiasm and happinesses, especially with the colors of orange and black like our precious monarchs.
The butterflies were all Pyro-engraved, painted, the front monarch is back carved to stand out. The band around the middle is finished with rich gold leaf. The matte black finish aids in showcasing the monarch adorned mid section as well as the sleek black pine needle rim.
Created in 2022, her beginnings were decades earlier, she was grown on a farm in Northern California. She comes to you with a loving pedigree and you are the 4th set of hands that created her from seed to a work of art.
She will last for generations to come with proper care. Your artwork colors will benefit if kept out of direct sunlight, away from moisture and dusted very gently with a fine, soft, clean and DRY paint or makeup brush. Do not use a soiled brush or the finishes will change over time. Too much oil from hands will degrade the finish.
From first look, one might believe it was created in another lifetime. And, while it can hold all of your dreams, hopes, visions and affirmations, it does not hold water and is not viable for every day use to hold fruit or other objects of weight.
